At Prathi Naturals, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines the terms under which returns, exchanges and refunds are processed.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our botanical products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Customised or made-to-order products (such as items marked 'Price on Request') are non-returnable unless found to be defective on arrival.
Products purchased as part of a discounted bundle or Monthly Pack are also non-returnable unless damaged.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
